		<description><![CDATA[Nice article.  The logic is not bad.  However, if a sovereign nation doesn&#039;t follow US copyright law then the act of distribution of &quot;copyrighted&quot; material is legal.  I am not talking about what is &quot;right&quot; or &quot;wrong&quot;.  Historically our nation had been actively engaged in slavery and other &quot;immoral&quot; activities but it was 100% legal at the time.  It was also considered humane.]]></description>
