I created these two animated shorts as a homage to litigation support departments all over the world. Both show a partner in a law firm asking for help from his firm’s litigation support department. The first one in black and white is a tragedy, a comic tragedy. One that techs have seen all too often. My training programs are designed to alleviate this suffering. The second in color has a happier ending, one where tech and lawyer end up working together with cool software toys. It involves the issue of e-discovery search and moving beyond the old, blind guessing methods of negotiated keywords.
