Fishing Expedition Discovers Laptop Cast into Indian River

riverview3For discussion of a new sanctions case that reads like a made-for-television movie, see the blog I wrote today for my law firm. I find the facts of the case to be hilarious, well at least fascinating,  and suggest you check it out. It involves throwing a laptop computer into the Indian River by a defendant in a RICO case. A pre-suit duty to preserve was found to be violated. You will find other articles of interest at Ediscovery Law Today written by my colleagues and I at Jackson Lewis, where all we do is work (and write blogs).
