    It is imperative for legal teams to learn about the experience and knowledge of their trainer (vendor partner). It always amazes me how many people still do not understand the importance of thoroughly vetting vendors who will be assisting in ESI discovery. Typically, I even encourage my outside counsel and corporate clients to work with THEIR case data in a software demonstrations.
